Perform administrative, clerical and occasional paralegal work in connection with legal matters handled by attorneys in the office. Provide a range of support to four attorneys in the Office, including document preparation, calendar management, and support for litigation and transactional work. Participate in, and be exposed to the full range of activities associated with the practice of law in an in-house setting, which may prove useful to candidates considering law school.

Required Skills

B.A./B.S., prior experience in a legal setting is not required. Must have strong academic credentials, be hard-working, detail-oriented, able to learn new skills, and have excellent judgment. Strong word processing, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills are essential. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and be willing to become a Massachusetts notary. One to three years of experience.
