Position Summary: The Coordinator of Student Success reports to the Assistant Dean & Director of Undergraduate Student Affairs for the College of Natural Science (CNS). The Coordinator collaborates with academic units within and outside of the College. Special attention will be devoted to underrepresented student populations. The Coordinator participates in grant proposal submission in collaboration with the Associate Deans and the Director of Undergraduate Student Affairs in CNS. This position will also serve as the advisor to the Biological Science and Physical Science; Interdepartmental teaching majors.

Faculty: Minimum Qualifications
Support Staff: Minimum Requirements
A master's degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education or related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in academic advising. The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills; strong organizational skills as well as technical skills in database management and spreadsheets.

Typing Requirements (wpm):

Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with University policies and procedures as well as a strong interest in working on student success initiatives in STEM fields is desired.
