A dynamic leader will be required to oversee and coordinate the efforts of a four-state, regional workforce training and educational partnership involving seven community colleges in the Northeast. This person requires outstanding leadership, organizational, administrative, and communication skills and must have experience in managing grant-funded regional workforce development and educational partnerships. The Director position requires a Master’s degree and five years of related work experience. This position is grant-funded.
