The Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity (OEOD) is responsible for coordinating the University's compliance with all equal opportunity laws and policies. The Senior Investigator facilitates complaint resolution for both formal and informal complaints of discrimination and sexual harassment including sexual violence. The Senior Investigator conducts extensive research on state and federal laws regarding discrimination and equal opportunity laws and regulations and develops and implements training programs and workshops designed to educate the University community about discrimination and harassment prevention. Salary: Annual $61,800 to $75,000 Work Schedule: 8-5, M-F Career Position. Final candidate subject to background check.
