The Coordinator of Assessment and Reporting works with the Director of Faculty Development to manage the student learning assessment plan for the College of Adult and Graduate Studies (CAGS). Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills are required. A polished, professional demeanor is required for this position as the coordinator will interact with faculty and staff as well as various external constituencies. The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum & instruction, or equivalent from an accredited college/university. Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) a must. In-depth knowledge of adult learning theory, distributed learning, regional accrediting standards, and Blackboard or similar learning management systems a plus. Experience with online education preferred. While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to walk; stand; sit; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; speak with clarity, have appropriate vision and hearing capabilities. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. You may be required to work occasional irregular hours, including some nights and weekends.
