Vice President for Enrollment
Westminster College invites applications and nominations for the position of Vice President for Enrollment. The Vice President is a cabinet level position reporting directly to the President of the College and serves as the primary professional related to new student enrollment results and financial aid funding. He/she is responsible for the creation, organization, implementation, and evaluation of undergraduate recruitment, enrollment, and admissions strategies and programs leading to the successful attainment of student recruitment goals. The new Vice President will also serve to lead Westminster into a new enrollment management model which will include enrollment marketing, retention strategies, and other related areas. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2014. Qualifications: The Vice President for Enrollment should have at least eight years of experience in higher education enrollment management at the Director level or above; a master’s degree; demonstrated successful experience in developing, evaluating, and improving recruitment, enrollment and marketing strategies from a data-driven perspective including the use of social media and information technology to improve the recruitment and enrollment of students; and proven success in creating, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive enrollment plan. Experience in financial aid to develop enrollment and retention strategies through leveraging initiatives is important. Knowledge of best practices in the efficient use of resources is expected.
