Master’s degree in student services, educational administration, or a related area preferred. Proven record of successful supervisory experience in a people-oriented environment (three years of direct experience or five years in a related area). Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Demonstrated understanding of the application of technology to deliver records and registration services. Knowledge of Jenzabar CX preferred. Commitment to Christian faith and the College’s liberal arts mission is essential.
