Position Description
Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Work with all ABSN site coordinators.
  • Work with all Traditional site coordinators to obtain a student roster as well as clinical site assignments.
  • Work with RN/BSN Program Director for RN/BSN student roster as well as clinical site assignments.
  • Make sure all new and current students are in CB Bridges.
  • Once all faculty assignments and rosters are complete ensure all students are TTUHSC compliant through CB Bridges.
  • Verify all attestation requirements are met, send paperwork if necessary, contact the site if necessary, and ask for additional requirements if required by the site.
  • While making sure all students are compliant with attestations, email Executive Associate to ensure all faculty are compliant as well.
  • Email the sites the attestations needed for our students once all are compliant.
  • Throughout their clinical time, ensure that all students remain compliant with the attestations.
  • Check emails throughout the day and respond to sites, faculty, and students accordingly.
  • Check phone messages and return calls, and answer calls throughout the day.
  • If a student is missing anything or has an expired document, email the student regarding the missing documentation.
  • CB Bridges tracking for all students.
  • Track UDS letters to ensure they are completed in the 3-day turnaround our policy allows.
  • Preceptor credential verification and expiration tracking.
  • Maintain Email Distribution Lists.
  • Clinical Faculty Assignment Updates.
  • Communicate with site coordinators about upcoming semester clinicals.
  • Work alongside enrollment management staff for UPM archiving.
  • Maintain shared drive.
