This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities- Assisting end users with computer issues
- Troubleshooting systems, installs, cleaning
- Documentation
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication & customer service skills
- Punctuality
- Ability to install software
- An understanding of computer functions such as hardware dependencies and components.
- Operating system fluency, including Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.
- Basic understanding of how the internet and building networks function.
- Experience with troubleshooting issues such as virus and malware removal, hardware compatibility, and driver troubleshooting.
- Printer issues.
- Hardware installation and upgrade.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be enrolled in at least one credit to be eligible for the position
- Valid driver’s license
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
