This position will serve as the contact person for the non-thesis online master’s program, answer questions from prospective students and others, ensure that course are open when needed, keep track of students and maintain communication with them, keep track of students’ course work, maintain program accounts, keep track of the number of students registering in specific courses every semester, maintain the cohort integrity and provide them with the appropriate deadlines for graduation.

Knowledge of Banner, CAPA, ELC, and Argos are preferred.

• Collaborate with the program Director to ensure a coordinated approach to student recruitment and retention.
• Support the Program Director by working on projects to benefit the Comparative Biomedical Sciences Program and College of Veterinary Medicine.
• Collaborate with Online learning and faculty concerning recruitment and retention of students.

• Organize and co-host student focused organizations and events.
• Organizing events with UGA and other institutions professional schools’ admissions teams.
