Director of ADA/Section 504 Compliance
Wichita State University, a public institution in Wichita, Kansas, invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for its director of ADA/section 504 Compliance. This is an on-site leadership role.

Reporting to the associate vice president & university Title IX coordinator, the director of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 compliance coordinates and monitors the university's compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act: Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; and other federal, state, and local laws pertaining to accommodation and accessibility. Plays an instrumental role in coordinating the university's Self-Assessment and Transition plan incorporating comprehensive short and long-term strategic plans for ADA compliance and disabilities service functions and initiatives to enhance operations, programs, and services.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will process a master's degree in education administration, counseling, psychology, or related field and five (5) years of experience in leading disability services directly related to medical and psychological documentation and accommodation resolutions or related fields. Completion of an ADA Coordinator Certification Program (ACTCP) or equivalent is required.
