Job Title:Business Operations Analyst

Department:Medicine | Radiation Oncology

Business Analyst is responsible for development and administration of complex projects of large scope for the Department of Radiation Oncology, including but not limited to finance, processes and operations , department contracts, faculty recruitment and oversight of the onboarding process following and managing SHIFT initiatives as well as coordination of recruits with relocation office, management of Visa’s for Department staff and faculty as part of recruitment, development of budget forecasting, and financial modeling; gathers and analyzes data to construct key performance indicators to monitor and drive continuous performance improvement and reinforce strategic decision making; responsible in conjunction with the administrator for aligning the strategy with business resources and driving change and business transformation efforts to ensure long-term business viability while maximizing the value of the departments services for assigned Administrative Projects , and for the DRO International training center including Training Center Strategy-Development of new courses, and determining what the portfolio should look like. Ensuring compliance with vendor interaction policies when working with the international training center, as well as providing oversight to international recruitment and related travel to recruitment events. Provide oversite to facilitating registration, payment processes and payments for courses offered through the International Training Center
Collaborates with Chair and Administrator to determine faculty compensation and salary adjustments; Manages and oversees all contracts and agreements including but not limited to Hospital, department, faculty, CCC, and OSUP. Ensures adherence to appropriate internal control structures and compliance with established fiscal policies, procedures and regulations.
Position Summary
