Assistant Professor

The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Critical Care, seeks an applicant for a full-time, non-tenure-track academic position. Academic rank at the time of appointment shall be commensurate with experience and credentials. This position includes clinical care, supervision and teaching of fellows, residents and medical students, as well as other academic pursuits and research opportunities. Responsibilities for the position include providing coverage for the critical care complex including Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Intermediate Care Unit, and Neuro-Critical Care Unit at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Requires an M.D. degree, completed fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care, board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine, and Tennessee medical license.
