Performs advanced, specialized work to assist in the organization and implementation of various projects and programs. Work is performed under minimal supervision within established policies with latitude for independent judgment. Works on special projects as assigned.

Major/Essential Functions
This position coordinates course activities for P1 year and P2 year students.  Provides support to P3 year and P4 year students on their rotation learning experiences and provides support to Preceptors who teach the students. Helps to develop student rotation schedules and maintains excel reporting documents to include but not limited to student intern hours, payment records for rotation experiences, and maintaining student electronic files. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment.

Required Qualifications
High school plus six years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis. The candidate must have a driver's license as there is minimal local travel required.
