Job Details
Assistant Football Coach
Westfield State University Football (NCAA Division III) invites applications for the position of assistant football coach.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Recruiting student-athletes
- Assisting with practice and game preparations
- Coaching an offensive or defensive position
- Other duties assigned by the head coach
- Must be able to abide by conference, NCAA and University policies and regulations
This is a part-time, contracted position with no benefits.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license with satisfactory motor vehicle record by insurance standards.
- Qualified candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills as well as be committed to the policies and regulations of the MASCAC and NCAA Division III.

Compensation:
This position will begin on or around August 1, 2025 with an anticipated duration of 10 months. Assistant coaching stipends may vary by position and is paid out 75% during the season and the remaining 25% during the spring.
