This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities- Image NEW personal computers (PCs) for UND employee use to include Dell laptops, desktops, and Apple Macbooks. - (Essential)
- Wipe and re-image USED personal computers for UND employees to include Dell laptops, desktops, and Apple Macbooks. - (Essential)
- Maintain the employee pick up area
- Update computer asset records within in the asset management database
- other duties as assigned

- Must be enrolled in at least 1 credit for the employed academic semester.
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent interpersonal communication & customer service skills
- Ability to install software
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.
Preferred Qualifications- An understanding of computer functions such as hardware dependencies and components.
- Operating System (OS) fluency, including Microsoft Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- OS Installation and upgrade
- Assist end users with hardware setup
