Nature & Purpose of Position:Student will perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones, running errands, assisting professional staff with projects, Alumni events, maintaining databases, and other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements for the Position:· Answer the phone, transfer calls, and take messages· Welcome visitors, assist and direct to appropriate employees or department· Make copies, scan, and file various documents· Assemble mail membership packets and Alumni Board/Committee manuals for meetings and events· Assist in maintaining social media outlets and creating content around special events· Assist with special events and tailgates· Keep a clean work area
