This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art physical therapy clinic with talented and experienced physical therapists! Learn more about Boston University Physical Therapy Center here: https://www.bu.edu/rehab/ In this role, your time will be split between customer service and medical records. You'll interact with patients as first point of contact for patients in our busy clinic. You'll greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments and collect payments. When you're not helping patients, you'll be responsible for working with insurance companies and doctors' offices to obtain referrals, authorizations and patient benefits. You will also assist in other duties such as claims and billing. Finally, you'll assist in training and supervision of student's employees. This role is integral to our team as you're responsible for our superior customer service and medical billing.

Required Skills

Two years of college or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree and experience in medical office preferred.
