The Treatment Center Coordinator in the department of Pediatric Dentistry is responsible to execute the daily Treatment Center activities under the direction and guidance of the Treatment Center Manager and the Clinical Program Director.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Assist the Treatment Center Manager with addressing patient concerns related to treatment, finances, insurance, and billing errors/disputes. This includes answering general billing questions, making appointments, rescheduling appointments, managing and scheduling special patients in Salud and EPIC, special urgent appointments, coordinating emergency patients, and send return to treatment/ hard to contact/missed appointments communications to patients.

Required Skills

High School Diploma required and 3-5 years of experience.
