Maintain spreadsheets on event registrations, invoicing, etc. -Assist with planning and coordination of events held at the State level. Maintain database of all certified shooting sports instructors. Update specialist webpage and ensure digital posts meet accessibility requirements. Serve as a member of the Oklahoma State 4-H Office team providing program support to the 77 field offices of the OCES. – May require travel from 4-H Building to various sites were 4-H events are held.
Special Instructions to ApplicantsApplicants should submit a resume, cover letter, and contact information for three professional references. Education & Experience Position Qualifications:Required: High School/GED with one year of customer service
Knowledge of general fiscal practices, accounting, and principles.
Valid Driver's license
Proficient in use of Microsoft office programs including excel, access, and word are expected. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with excellent customer service skills.
Due to the nature of the work done in 4-H, some lifting is required. This is generally limited to boxes of t-shirts, workshop supplies etc. Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
Preferred: 3 years of clerical/customer service experience. Prefer someone with working knowledge of Oklahoma State University financial system.
