Position Summary:
The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences is seeking a staff position for School Psychologist. This position is actively involved in clinical practice. Either pediatric or adult at the OSU Behavioral Medicine Clinic. Responsibilities will include caring for patients in a wide-range of issues, both medical and mental, across an age spectrum. The position will work with existing behavioral health faculty.
Reports directly to the Chair of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 pounds. Ability to stoop, reach,stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motionswith or without reasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience Position Qualifications: Qualifications:
-Ph.D. or Psy.D, degree
-Eligibility for licensure in the state of Oklahoma
-ABPPboard certification or board eligibility
-Devoted interest in patientcare.
-Knowledgeof pediatric or adult school psychology
Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge:
- Opportunities for treatment and therapy can be made available, emphasizing the necessity of strong analytical abilities, advanced multitasking capabilities, and proficient problem-solving skills, along with supervisory experience and effective planning skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills is essential for managing electronic medical records efficiently.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities are advantageous, while interpersonal skills are crucial for effective interaction with faculty, students, clients, and providers.
