The Facilities Management Office seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative to join their team. This individual will be responsible for the prompt and efficient processing of housing and campus work order data and fleet reservations. This individual will be expected to assist the Facilities Management Office to provide efficient customer service through established processes and to be a highly functional information center for all FM operations.
Primary responsibilities:
Handling inbound/outbound customer contacts in-person, by phone, or by email
Greeting on-site customers and acknowledging their needs
Processing housing and campus work order data in the TMA System to ensure accurate and timely repairs, technician scheduling and billing
Communicating with technicians to inform them on work orders and relaying messages from technicians to customers and vice versa
Managing and maintaining fleet reservations, ensuring timely pick-up/drop-off for campus-wide departmental use
Creating instructional documentations
Additional responsibilities and projects as needed
Job Qualification:
Proficient in the use and application of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to follow detailed instructions
High levels of professionalism and excellent customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality, proper phone etiquette and dependability
Excellent at multi-tasking and time management
Critical problem-solving skills and strong communication skills, written and verbal
Must be enrolled as full-time student
Other Job Detail:
19 hrs. per week
Use of WebTMA, Motorpool, Microsoft Teams, and Box applications
Weekly office meetings
Must be available to work in the afternoons, Monday-Friday
