The Senior Administrative Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the Campus Planning & Operations (CPO) leadership team, ensuring the seamless execution of key operational functions across the University's three campuses: Charles River, Fenway, and Medical. This position manages complex calendars, coordinates travel and reimbursements, oversees document preparation, and facilitates office supply management. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and proactive individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills. They will be critical in managing special projects, processing vendor payments, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards for documentation and correspondence. This role supports leadership across CPO units, including Facilities Management & Operations (FMO), Planning, Design & Construction (PDC), and Real Estate (RE), as well as key initiatives in collaboration with the Office of the Vice President and other University stakeholders. As part of an organization that services the unique needs of all campuses, the Senior Administrative Coordinator will contribute to the success of strategic planning efforts, administrative process improvements, and operational excellence.
Required Skills
- This position requires a highly collaborative and adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can effectively balance multiple priorities while supporting initiatives that impact the University's academic, research, and student life programs.
- Associate's/Vocational/Technical degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of work experience.
