Job SummaryThis job assists with daily operations of the Office of the Registrar.
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintenance of student records
- Electronic filing (imaging system)
- Prepare correspondence to students
- Assist students, faculty, and staff in office, on the telephone, and via email
- Adhere to federal, state, and college confidentiality requirements
- Adhere to Gordon State College computer usage policy
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
GPA of 2.5 or higher
Enrolled in at least 3 academic credit hours at Gordon State College
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Basic computer skills

Position is 15 hours per week.
