This position will serve as programmatic support to the School of Social Work. This position will work in collaboration with program leads to support key programmatic activities including collection and organization of data to inform program planning, connection with students and community partners to further goals of the program, managing software and related academic databases to support student planning and data needs.
- Updates and maintains databases for reporting purposes. Creates surveys and analyzes the results.Queries/collects, analyzes and edits data to generate reports.Makes recommendations based on analysis of data regarding its use.Identifies patterns in data for improvement opportunities.Serves as a contact with internal and external customers.Prepares presentation for meetings and conferences.Develops goals, assigns and coordinates work projects.Monitors task and reviews ongoing projects to ensure that goals are met. Evaluates workload, capacity and compatibility of computer and/or programs used for data collection.Develops and coordinates all field related technical and programmatic training, documentation and support for faculty, staff, students and community partners.Independently performs assignments requiring extensive research, data gathering and evaluation.Identifies need for adoption or revision of policies/procedures in areas directly or indirectly related to Fiels Education.Performs related duties as assigned to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
Job Location
Required Education: Bachelor's degree, AND:
- 24 months data collection and analysis.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
- Organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Advanced excel skills with ability to build and manipulate spreadsheets
- Ability to accurately read and understand written materials and instructions
- Communicate effectively.
Certifications:
- None

- Standard office environment.

- Experience in higher education.
