The Associate Director of MBA Career Development works under the direction of the Director of Career Services and Strategy to support initiatives related to students in the residential MBA programs in the Questrom School of Business. The Associate Director serves as the MBA career development program lead and works with the Director to design career outcome support strategies and develop innovative methods to engage the MBA student population for the purpose of career education. The Associate Director plays a critical role in delivering industry-leading services to maintain high levels of student success. The Associate Director works closely with the Industry Relations Management team, the MBA Center, student organizations, and the undergraduate career development team to identify and implement best practices to support and improve career outcomes. The Associate Director supervises a team of Assistant Directors of MBA Career coaching while also advising MBA students on career related topics such as career pivots, resumes, cover letters, technical and case interviews, search strategies, and more.

Required Skills

A cover letter is required for consideration.

  • Master's Degree required.
  • Superior communications skills, both written and oral; strong interpersonal skills; strong computer skills; ability to drive innovative thinking, strong emotional intelligence, and minimum of three years of previous experience in industry or higher education career services or related.
  • Remote work up to two days per week is offered throughout the calendar year.
