Boston University Summer Term seeks an office assistant to help with administrative tasks related to our 2025 pre-college programs. The job includes answering phones, responding to email, enrolling students, scanning and filing documents, processing application materials, and fulfilling various other administrative responsibilities including cross-campus deliveries. The position is 40 hours per week and requires an in-office presence. This is a temporary position between the months of February and May, with the potential to extend through July or August. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Experience working in higher education is preferred.

BA/BS degree. Must work in person Monday – Friday 9 – 5 pm, in person at our office on the Fenway Campus of Boston University. Prior work experience in an office environment. Great customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication. A background in higher education administration and/or international student exchange processing preferred. Must be able to work independently also as part of a team.
