Job Details
DESCRIPTION:
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Registrar's Office, including managing correspondences and communication for students, faculty, staff, and other campus community members. Manage and update files, reports, office supplies, and budgetary items. Assist with coordinating meetings/special events and provide support for campus/office events. Monitor and respond to inquiries within multiple office email aliases, including issues associated with scheduling, CAPP auditing software, student records, and transfer evaluations. Assist with design and updating of the Registrar Office website, announcements, print and digital publications. Assist with catalog and electronic publications and forms. Manage special projects as assigned. Collaborates within and outside the office to assure that the office is responsive to the needs and policies of the academic community.
