Now, our Alumni Engagement team is looking for an Alumni Experiences Product Manager who will serve as the primary user-end manager for online products that enable alumni engagement and fundraising to flourish at Boston University, including Salesforce Experience Cloud, online giving, and event registration solutions.
Alumni Engagement at Boston University
The Alumni Engagement team is dedicated to understanding alumni, strengthening pride and awareness, and facilitating ways to grow and sustain the base of alumni engaging with and supporting Boston University. The team has oversight of alumni digital strategy, alumni experience operations, and measuring engagement-through both attitudinal and behavioral dimensions-of more than 350,000 alumni across the globe. This team works in close collaboration with colleagues in the Office of Development & Alumni Relations, and across departments and schools at Boston University.
Alumni Experiences Product Manager
In your role as Alumni Experiences Product Manager, you occupy a unique position within the university, bridging traditional product management and customer experience roles. You oversee alumni experience product journeys from conception to launch while focusing on creating a cohesive and delightful customer experience across all touchpoints. You will work with high-performing and collaborative teams including Alumni Relations, Annual Giving, Applications, Development Communications, and others across BU, ensuring that products align with the overall alumni engagement strategy.
