This position will be in our Trades Operations group in Boston and will have experience in the assessment, design, and project management of building enclosure projects. Experience and knowledge in historic masonry construction, modern curtain wall, and rain screen design systems, and roofing systems of all types are necessary. Reporting to the Director of Trades Services, this Manager for Building Envelopes position manages activities and vendor contracts and internal BU technicians for building envelopes (facades, roofs, & foundations) at the CRC and Medical Campuses. This position requires extensive fieldwork and managing up close visual inspections of buildings faades, roofs and waterproofing elements to ensure effective maintenance and repair activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and executing make safe and refurbishment activities.

Required Skills
  • BA/BA 5+ years of experience or equivalent
