SummaryThe Manager for Undergraduate Admissions works the Associate Vice President in the areas of accounting and budget. This position manages purchase orders and vendor payments. This position supports the admission recruiters with processing expense reports. The Manager works with the Associate Vice President and the Vice President for Enrollment Management on the design and execution of enrollment management research. This position hires student employees and serves as logistical support for on-campus events.
Required Qualifications• Proficiency with windows based, multi-tasking environment and Microsoft Office 2010 including mastery of standardized word processing, proficiency in Excel, database and electronic mail components.• Familiarity with Tulane’s on-line purchasing, Concur, and student information databases.• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments.• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all work performed.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.• 2 years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience.
