Nature & Purpose of Position:Assist the Box Office Manager by managing ticket sales for the GPAC Box Office, taking ticket orders, and providing outstanding customer service. Serve as an usher or lobby attendant for events held in the Gaertner Performing Arts Center and/or University Theatre Center. Provide office support when needed, including greeting guests, providing information services, and answering phone calls. Other duties as assigned. This position requires adherence to a dress code. Scheduling can vary from week to week, with most shifts offered in the evenings and weekends.
Other Requirements for the Position:Must be able to work weekends and evenings as needed. Prior experience in customer service preferred. Cash handling experience helpful. Prior box office or ushering experience helpful, but not required.
