Job Details
Position Summary
The Business Office Assistant is an hourly, non-benefitted position that will assist Business Office Staff members with a variety of administrative and business functions. There is also an opportunity to work fundraising events and game contests if interested.
This is a non-benefited position not to exceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year.
Essential Functions
- Process invoices for payment
- Assist in reconciling and depositing athletic and commercial event parking revenue
- Help reconcile team travel expenses via Concur System
- Assist in contract processing
- Maintain a divisional computer inventory
- Help maintain an equipment inventory system
- Assist with special projects from the Vice Chancellor and Executive team

- Bachelors degree
Work Schedule
Part Time, Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm. Some flexibility regarding hours (Morning or Afternoon) within the University parameters of 8am to 4:30pm business hours.

Hourly Range
The hourly range for the position is $18.81-$20.00.

The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidates sex or any other protected status.
