Job Description:


The Administrative Technology Solutions Integrator plans, implements, and supports administrative software applications which integrate with the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system at the College. Working with end users this includes the analysis, configuration, testing, coding, and implementation of applications. These applications may run on local physical and/or virtual servers and in the cloud. The position will report to the Director of Information Systems within the Technology Services Division.


Essential Duties:


Working with system end users develops and oversees administrative applications project plans.


Configures, tests, and maintains administrative applications and ancillary applications.


Writes and maintains program code and scripts.


Works with end users of administrative applications for continuing configuration, testing and, troubleshooting.


Determines and configures the application system interfaces to the ERP and various ancillary software.


Uses information technology best practices and procedures while satisfying end user requests.


Communicates with end users in interpreting and delivering requirements.


Determines test procedures and performs unit testing and debugging.


Participates in evaluation of new and proposed enterprise tools, software and applications.


Documents programs, procedures, technical instructions, and business processes.


Participates in appropriate industry organizations and conferences.


Maintains technical skills through formal and informal training.



Requirements:


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required in Computer Science or related field, that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities.


Minimum of 2-years related experience.


Knowledge of Pro*C, SQL, PL/SQL.


Project plan development and implementation experience.


Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.


Effective oral and written communication skills.


Ability to work independently and with minimal day-to-day supervision.


Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.


Proven problem-solving skills in a multiple-vendor environment.


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with the Ellucian Banner ERP system, Ellucian: Ethos, ILP; Experience; DegreeWorks; and Elevate.


Experience with Argos, Axiom, Informatica, TargetX, Touchnet OneCard.


Working knowledge of at least two of JavaScript, Node JS, React, Groovy, Grails, and .net.


Experience with Oracle and/or Postgres database.


A proven record of completing projects for software applications implementation.


Technical change management and documentation skills.
