Department Information
Scheller College of Business undergraduate program ranked top 20 in the nation for a third year in a row (U.S. News & World Report). The Evening MBA program was recognized as No. 1 in the state (U.S. News & World Report), and the Jones MBA Career Center remained top five in the world for the sixth year in a row (The Financial Times). In addition, Scheller's undergraduate and MBA specialties in business analytics, information systems, operations, and supply chain were ranked top 10 in the nation (U.S. News & World Report).
Manage the operational support for the graduate program offerings of a college to include program promotion/marketing, recruiting, orientation, assessment, and alumni relations. Programs include both Masters and Doctorate. This position will interact on a regular basis with: Graduate students, Faculty, Staff, and Alumni. This position typically will advise and counsel: Graduate students.This position will supervise: assigned staff and/or students.
ResponsibilitiesJob Duty 1 -
Work with faculty to develop vision, strategy, and goals for doctoral program.
Job Duty 2 -
Promote and market the program, recruiting, orientation, assessment, and alumni relations.
Job Duty 3 -
Manage the graduate office database for doctoral program.
Job Duty 4 -
Monitor the annual budget and establish and monitor accreditation assessment of the program.
Job Duty 5 -
Develop and execute long and short range strategies to strengthen the relationship of the College with alumni.
Job Duty 6 -
Perform other duties as assigned
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience
Eight to ten years of job related experience
Preferred Educational Qualifications
Master's degree; 5+ years of work experience, preferably in higher education

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
CRM experience, student advising, academic program management, admissions, recruiting, event planning

SKILLS
This job requires a working knowledge of graduate program administration; advanced skills in marketing, communications and event planning; and knowledge of office-related and specialized computer applications.

Other InformationPosition is responsible for:
- Recruitment, admissions, operations, student services, and academic program management for the M.S. with a major in Management program.
- Conducting information sessions, consultations, student advising, orientation and other program events.
- Managing the admissions and yield process, including communication, data tracking, reading applications, creating the admissions calendar, coordinating admission committee meetings, and I-20 processing
- Collaborating with the Events and Marketing Coordinator II in the Graduate Business office, as well as with SCoB marketing and communications team for overall marketing, program collateral, and web needs
- Working within Salesforce CRM, Slate, and Banner software systems and may manage graduate assistants and/or graduate student workers.
