Preferred Qualifications:Experience with UGA Auxiliary Parking Services monitoring and compliance.
Position Summary:This position handles a wide variety of administrative and operational duties including handling citation appeals, helping with permit sales, reporting and analyzing permit and lot count data, and ordering supplies for the office and parking decks.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies:Computer and data entry, customer service, and organizational skills are a necessity for this position.

Duties/Responsibilities:Supervise and train personnel. Assign duties to subordinates. Provide security by patrolling all levels of parking facility, surrounding deck area, and general campus parking area for unauthorized vehicles, litter control, suspicious persons, forbidden and/or illegal activities. Oversee cash handling processes during special events held throughout year. Enforce parking rules and regulations. Provide back-up and support for co-workers in the event of special events, employee absences, or on a contingency basis. Communicate with subordinates and other shift supervisors about daily operations or policy changes.

Duties/Responsibilities:Develop personnel schedules for regular operations and special events to ensure appropriate coverage of the parking structure. Perform and coordinate cleaning schedule of parking facility to ensure cleanliness at all times. Direct traffic in and around parking structure to ensure safe and orderly ingress and egress. Write and issue parking citations.

Duties/Responsibilities:Communicate issues and problems with appropriate chain of command. Attend and participate in departmental meetings as needed. Monitor equipment and perform maintenance and report needed repairs/maintenance in a timely manner. Perform all duties assigned or as needed.
