This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities- Utilize computer skills including proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and email communication
- Work independently on ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and tasks are met
- Conduct yearly inventory to maintain accurate stock records
- Assemble and organize files for easy access and retrieval
- Manage filing tasks, ensuring proper document storage and organization
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Complete other duties as assigned

- Proficient in working with minimal supervision
- Must have accepted a Federal Work Study award from the Office of Student Finance
- Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the employed academic semester
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
