The Administrative Assistant to the Office of Capital Projects and Facilities supports the operations team with providing back office tasks, including data entry, updating information in different systems, complete back office operational tasks and generate associate reports for management review. The Office of Capital Projects and Facilities is searching for someone who is highly self-motivated and who is a well-organized individual with experience multitasking. The Administrative Assistant is a valuable member of Merced College's Capital Projects and Facilities Department and holds a critical role in maintaining a safe and innovative environment for our staff and students. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, possess a great attention to detail and thrive in a high-paced dynamic team environment. Under general supervision, to coordinate assistance to students and staff, develop and maintain the budget, develop statistical data, perform varied secretarial and clerical duties, coordinate office activities, provide administrative relief; supervise clerical functions, oversee assigned area in the absence of administrator; and perform related work as required.
