This position reports directly to the Director of Continuing Education and provides administrative support for the College of Social Work’s Continuing Education office. Uses a variety of software and online application to assist in the reporting functions for trainings provided the CE office. Responsible for collecting and interpreting large amounts of data and distributing certificates of completion to training participants. Ability to multi-task; ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; ability to handle sensitive inquiries from customers/administrators; Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, and Power Point; High attention to detail.
Duties Description
Board Reporting: Reporting accurate data to the licensing boards, i.e., the Counselor, Social Work and Marriage & Family Counseling Board and the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board
Data Collection: Uses a variety of software and online application to assist in the registration and reporting functions for trainings provided the CE office. Responsible for collecting and interpreting large amounts of data and distributing certificates of completion to training participants
Customer Service: Handle sensitive inquiries from customers/administrators in a professional manner.

Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED. 1 year of relevant experience required.
Desired Qualifications
Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Salary range is $18.17 - $23.90 per hour. The actual salary will fall within this range based on the candidate’s qualifications, internal equity, and the unit’s available budget.

- 25% Data Collection: Uses a variety of software and online application to assist in the registration and reporting functions for trainings provided the CE office. Responsible for collecting and interpreting large amounts of data and distributing certificates of completion to training participants
- 5% Customer Service: Handle sensitive inquiries from customers/administrators in a professional manner.
