Departmental Objective:To strengthen and support the university’s operations and reputation by providing superior customer service and event management through coordinating effective and efficient event scheduling, event and conference services and event logistical support for all university stakeholders and external partners.
Purpose of the Position:This position serves as a liaison between all levels of university personnel and members of the CNU community and coordinates their use of CNU facilities. Consistent with the university’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, this position ensures CNU facilities are welcoming spaces for all.

Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent education and experience that equates to a high school diploma
Experience:
- Event management experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience with word processing and spreadsheet software
- Driver’s License
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in higher education, tourism/event management or related field
- Collegiate Conference and Events Professional certification
Experience:
- Experience in theater management
- Experience working in a university setting
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with basic AV needs and technology
- Experience with event management software and/or room diagramming software and/or conference programmer software
Starting at $39,923, Commensurate with Education and Experience
