Research Scientist I, Weindel LabMicrobiology/Immunology

Location: New Orleans, LA

Summary

The Research Scientist will play a major role in enabling our research programs through collaborative and collegial interactions with faculty, postdoctoral fellows, graduate students, and staff. A research scientist may apply his/her effort entirely to research, or a combination of research, training, and lab managerial activities. The rank of the research scientist is a staff appointment. 



Required Qualifications

• Terminal Degree (Ph.D. /M.D. /D.V.M., etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

•5-7 years post graduate work experience in an academic environment.
