Job Description Summary / TWC Summary:Under general supervision is to supervise the customer service representatives and customer service liaison and create business processes that allow the student experience to be as simple and as easy as possible. Reconciles accounts to verify that everything is posting as it should and correct issues when they arise.
Essential Duties Summary:- Supervises the General Accounting staff positions.
- Daily close-outs, voids, large payment verification, and escalated customer situations. Verifies everyone understands any changes in processes and make sure work that is given is processed correctly.
- Reconciles accounts receivable and liability accounts.
- Completes drawdowns for government funds.
- Creates journal vouchers and payment vouchers.
- Ad hoc reporting and assist with monthly closes and audits.
- Signs off and approve monthly timesheets.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Hiring Range:$84,429.00 - $105,536.00
Education:Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.).
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Accounting AND five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience preferred.
MSA/MBA, preferred.
CPA preferred.
