Description:

Reporting to the Senior Associate Registrar, the Part-Time Clerk provides friendly, high-quality clerical support to on- and off-campus customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversees inventories of office supplies and vendor contacts; places orders as needed.
  • Oversees inter-office processes for work orders, mailings, and purchasing.
  • Provides assistance with office phone calls and emails.
  • Scans and indexes student records.
  • Assists with compiling and maintaining office procedure guides.
  • Reviews and reconciles data reports as directed.
  • May perform other duties not specifically identified above, but which require the same degree of skills, and which are normally included within the above job title.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day (specific times TBD).

Subject to bumping

Qualifications:

  • This position requires the ability and willingness to handle data entry and heavy phone and email contact with students, alumni, faculty, staff, and administrators.
  • Requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise good judgement.
  • Basic skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
