Summary

The Assistant Superintendent, Custodial Services supervises the performance of custodial personnel. This position assists the Superintendent, Custodial Services in directing, planning, and overseeing operations of the department to ensure an aesthetic and aseptic environment for the Medical School and all satellite buildings. This is an “Essential Personnel” position, which can require that the incumbent must report for duty and work through emergencies, and can be designated by the supervisor as essential for the accomplishment of work, or for the completion of a critical task.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of supervisory experience, floor care, and trouble shooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledgable about Computer Applications
