Position Summary: 

The Department of Accounting and Information Systems at the Villanova School of Business is seeking applications for a visiting faculty position. This faculty member will teach primarily introductory accounting within our undergraduate programs. This person will report to the Chair of the Accounting and Information Systems Department and will begin in January 2025, spring semester 2025.

Duties and Responsibilities: Teach classes in VSB undergraduate programs. Be willing to incorporate data, analytics, and technology into the classroom. Perform service commensurate with the hiring level.

Minimum Qualifications: A Ph.D. with teaching in introductory accounting and willingness to work in a collegial environment.

Preferred Qualifications: A Ph.D. with teaching in managerial and financial accounting and an ability to integrate data, analytics, and technology into the classroom. CPA plus related work experience. Ability to work with other faculty and contribute to a collegial environment.
