Kinesiology, Nutrition, and Health (KNH)

Faculty in the Department of Kinesiology, Nutrition, and Health provide a quality learning experience for students, supervise student research projects, serve on institutional committees, and are committed to diversity and inclusive excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or closely related field by date of appointment.

Consideration may be given to candidates with: 1) experience teaching a variety of kinesiology courses at the college level including, but not limited to, Exercise Testing and Physical Activity Assessment, Exercise Prescription, and Exercise Physiology; 2) post-doctoral experience; 3) a clinically-oriented certification (e.g., ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist); 4) experience working with multicultural and/or diverse populations; 5) experience teaching hybrid or fully online as well as face-to-face courses.
