WBUR's Product and Audience Insights team is responsible for growing, engaging, and converting audiences across WBUR platforms. The team is comprised of product managers, engineers, data analysts, and data architects, with the goal of optimizing the audience experience for all WBUR listeners. The team manages the distribution of our content on owned (web, mobile, newsletters) and unowned (podcast, social, streaming) platforms, and then collaborates across the organization on audience analytics and optimization of the use of Salesforce, digital authoring tools, and distribution tools. The team is responsible for digital infrastructure reliability and our capabilities to target communication across channels.
As the Senior Product Manager at WBUR, you will be responsible for implementing product strategies that drive user engagement and growth through data-driven insights and optimization of the conversion funnel.
Responsibilities
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday. Hours are typically 09:00AM-05:00PM ET.
Hybrid Flexibility: 2 Days/Week Onsite, 3 Days/Week Remote.
