This skilled professional will develop, implement, and manage educational training programs for diverse stakeholder groups including research compliance and sponsored programs professionals; faculty and staff researchers; and students. In collaboration with other subject matter experts, they will create, launch, and update content covering all areas of research integrity and compliance, including responsible conduct of research, human subjects protection, animal welfare, conflicts of interest, export controls, research security, sponsored research compliance, and eRA system use.
Key duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

-
Create targeted research integrity and compliance content for digital assets such as websites, email newsletters, intranet platforms, and other mass delivery approaches.
-
Evaluate research compliance training initiatives using best practice assessment tools to gauge the effectiveness of curricula, approach, and delivery. Steer evaluation outcomes to inform future training design and delivery.
-
Collaborate with RIC colleagues to convert quality assurance and audit findings into actionable training content.
-
Guide OR colleagues in appropriate instructional design and delivery best practices; connect colleagues with related professional development opportunities.
-
Partner with other OR divisions to identify opportunities for cross-cutting instructional design training in areas of overlap or emerging domains.
-
Engage in possible travel to CUNY colleges/schools when required to liaise with campus communities.
