The College of DuPage is a comprehensive community college located 27 miles west of downtown Chicago, vitally connected to our local area for over 50 years. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide support for the CRSS Success grant through tracking, aggregation, reporting and analysis of CRSS student data. Evaluate enrollment trends and projections, identify potential retention barriers for students, submit required grant data to state evaluators, participate in program meetings, support the student success coach by assisting students as needed. Support outreach, marketing, and visibility of the CRSS Program. Help with recruitment of students and maintenance of student records. Assist in data collection to inform curricular and instructional decisions, at the direction of the full-time faculty in Human Services and the Coordinator of the CRSS Grant. Work with the Student Success Coach as needed.

  • Help with recruitment and interest in the program, provide information about the grant through phone calls, emails, and in person/on campus student inquiries.
  • Assist with the development and distribution of marketing materials for outreach activities.
  • Responsible for developing and managing a tracking and a follow up system/tool for potential students who inquire about the Human Services program.
  • Manage program's inventory, use ESM, Concur, and other College programs to order materials and supplies and to submit invoices and payments.
  • Analyze the program and student data to identify enrollment trends and budgetary projections; recommend scheduling modifications as appropriate based on this data.
  • Process and submit required grant data to state evaluators.
  • Identify student barriers on the pathway to CRSS program completion and recommend solutions to these barriers.
  • Aggregate and record student data using the state evaluation system software RedCap.
  • Support Coordinators by identifying marketing and recruitment opportunities and potential community partners to increase Fieldwork sites and enhance the Fieldwork experience for the Human Services students.
  • Collaborate with state agencies to highlight significant programmatic trends related to enrollment, retention, graduation and job placement.
  • Represent the Human Services Program at various College events to increase the visibility of the program.
  • Participate in the program and team meetings.
  • Other related duties as assigned.


  • Qualifications:

    • Education
      • Associate's degree required.
    • Experience
      • At least two (2) years of experience in busy office or college environment required.
      • Excellent organizational, communication, computation and interpersonal skills required.
      • Experience with word processing, email, spreadsheets, and internet required.
      • Extensive telephone and excellent customer service skills required.
      • Higher education and/or grant experience preferred.


    Working Conditions:

  • Pleasant office environment with computer, printer, multi-line telephone, copier, audio visual equipment, fax machine and scanner.
  • Fast-paced setting, diversified, multiple/simultaneous demands, working with many units of the college.
  • Responsible for confidential materials and records.
  • This position requires a background check and drug screen.

    Hiring Range:
    Classified 10 Hourly/20.50 - 22.00

    Competitive starting pay is dependent on education and experience. College of DuPage also offers regular part-time positions a variety of fringe benefits including retirement benefits, access to holiday pay, personal time and other discounts on classes.
