Job Details
Work alongside TCOP course faculty to proctor in-person examinations in classrooms and/or auditoriums. Proctor 1-1 or small groups of special students receiving disability-related accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside TCOP course faculty to proctor in-person examinations in classrooms and/or auditoriums
- Proctor 1-1 or small groups of special students receiving disability-related accommodations
- Be familiar with academic integrity protocols -- e.g., distance seating, focused attention, exam start/stop time policies
- Be able to confront and report suspected behaviors allegedly in violation of integrity rules
Computer Skills
- Accessability with cell phone, email, electronic time submissions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
Qualifications
- Sensitivity in communications with faculty, students, and other staff
- Ability to follow integrity protocols to be shown
- Comfort an occasional need to confront and report suspicious behavior
- Collaborative working style
- Work experience in any educational or administrative capacity
Physical Demands
- Extensive time sitting and standing
- Able to lift up to 5 lbs.
