Overview

Work alongside TCOP course faculty to proctor in-person examinations in classrooms and/or auditoriums. Proctor 1-1 or small groups of special students receiving disability-related accommodations.

 

 

 

Responsibilities
  • Work alongside TCOP course faculty to proctor in-person examinations in classrooms and/or auditoriums
  • Proctor 1-1 or small groups of special students receiving disability-related accommodations
  • Be familiar with academic integrity protocols -- e.g., distance seating, focused attention, exam start/stop time policies
  • Be able to confront and report suspected behaviors allegedly in violation of integrity rules

 

Computer Skills

  • Accessability with cell phone, email, electronic time submissions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

      

Qualifications
  • Sensitivity in communications with faculty, students, and other staff
  • Ability to follow integrity protocols to be shown
  • Comfort an occasional need to confront and report suspicious behavior
  • Collaborative working style
  • Work experience in any educational or administrative capacity 

 

Physical Demands

  • Extensive time sitting and standing
  • Able to lift up to 5 lbs.
